WEDDING CEREMONIES
There is no ‘one size fits all’ for a wedding ceremony.
Each wedding I do is different to the other, depending on the couple I am working with and what their personal wishes are.
You can rely on me to ensure I deliver what you have asked for …. and if I can’t, I will let you know from the very beginning.
Every ceremony is thoughtfully and individually crafted to each couples requirements.
Being a full-time celebrant, you have my full attention. I am super-efficient and like to keep the process simple yet engaging and very personal.
From unlimited meetings, guidance, crafting your unique journey and articulating it to your friends and loved ones, I am with you every step of the way.
There is no silly question, and nothing is too much trouble. My business is to ensure I deliver what you want and if I can’t, I will be honest with you, from the very beginning.
Signing the Marriage Register – This is the minimum requirement for couples to register their marriage in Australia. There is no ceremony associated to this process and proceedings are typically conducted in your home, my courtyard, where the legal paperwork and marriage resgister are signed with 2 witnesses. If you wish to bring along a few guests, we can head over to the many beautiful locations surrounding my home.
As a Commonwealth Marriage Celebrant, Kerrie will solemnise the marriage according to the law. This marriage service is typically for couples who do not require a formal ceremony, but still require their marriage to be registered in Australia.
Prospective Marriage Visa applicants are welcome – Kerrie will provide Fiance Visa Letter free of charge when the Notice of Intended Marriage has been lodged, as support for your Prospective Visa Application with the Department of Immigration.
Elopement Style ceremony – When the minimum is too bare! I can put something nice together for you which will have snippets of your journey together, without saying too much. Some personal vows and a lovely ring exchange can be included.
Full Wedding Ceremony – This involves work from you also, where you let me know all the lovely things about each other that made you fall in love, your milestones and dreams for the future. Your story! Which is the heart of the ceremony along with your personal vows. You may want the traditional ‘giving away of bride’ or not, plus many other option, which I go through with you. You may have guests who have travelled a great distance or perhaps someone very special has passed away, but you would like them acknowledged in some nice way that doesn’t bring sadness.
Whatever or however you decide your wedding day will be, I will devote my time into making it a day for you to remember … as being … what you wanted!
